Every parent or guardian of a child enrolled in Bailey Avenue and Oak Street schools is automatically a member of the Family School Association (FSA). The philosophy of the FSA is that parents/guardians can and should contribute to their child's education in a positive way and should be included in the school family.
The Family School Association (FSA) is made up of our parents, teachers and staff. The FSA relies on yearly fundraising to sponsor events that bring students and their families together in the school setting, providing the best possible school experience for our kids.
We rely greatly on our parent volunteers to make each year a successful one. Please know that any help you can give is appreciated. If you are unable to participate in any of our upcoming events, there are many other opportunities to help within the school. There are reading buddies, classroom helpers, classroom presenters, and kindergarten registration, to name a few. We are also looking for general help in the form of baking for bake sales, making calls to coordinate an event, or decorating for events.
We would love to see you at the monthly meetings.
